YES! Everything can be set to your preferences. Just include instructions in the message to seller section. Also those changes can delay your order up 1 - 3 business days.

Every item is made-to-order, so it's better to let us know when you going to need it to let you know if it's possible by that day. In case we can't handle that order we will inform you before starting the printing process. It is very important to inform us of the time you will order it if is for a specific event.

Each listing includes a size chart and sizing instructions. The size chart is included in the images of the listing. It is VERY important to check the sizing charts. Women's Tees tend to have a more fitted/womens fit so for a looser fit we recommend going up a size or choosing the Unisex tees that run true to size. All of our products are made-to-order so we do not exchange shirts because of sizing issues.

Production takes 1-4 business days.

We cannot be held responsible for any lost, damaged, or delayed packages once they are with the mail carrier. All shipping information is to our best knowledge and according to the information available from the official tracking website.
It is your responsibility to make sure you provide the correct shipping address (mistakes happen and we will try to correct it if you catch it in time, but the ultimate responsibility is yours). Please be aware that if the shipping carrier tracking states that your package was delivered, we are no longer responsible for claims that a package did not arrive at the destination, and you should contact your local post office directly to handle the situation.
